Kimora

My dog ran away on 9/11 after watching the flight that fought back  I hopped
in the shower to get ready for Emerald. Next thing I hear is screaming "KIMORA".
I jumped out threw clothes on  and saw my baby my precious running down the
middle of McDowell I ran after her barefoot and panting until I lost her. We
searched and searched around 130 we saw her and when I called to her she ran
again. She had already gone from 11th ave and McDowell to 3rd st and Palm. I was
exhausted, sad and I didnt want to give up. But I went home for two hours of
nightmarish sleep thinking it would help. I got up at 6 and went back to the
neighborhood. No luck. So I went home got Sean up like 830 and we went out
again. My hopes were dimming......My mom calls. No one was scheduled in the
office but me! I had to go to work. Grrrrrr. Sean had the day off so I made
flyers and told Sean to do what ever he could.....At work I made countless phone
calls and made countless adds. He called with updates. The Heard museum saw her
at 1pm in there front lawn area. A parking attendant saw her darting across
central. My heart sinks further and further. "At least she's alive" I
think....

I got off early...eager to get back to phx before rush hour..my heart
sinking again, I want to throw up "stay strong" my mind tells me. My half glass
full was turning into my dog is dead or injured laying in the street....

After 15 minutes of searching the phone rang..."I have a puppy here at the
Wyndham"  I uncontrollably start crying and shaking...all that I held in, burst
into this flood of relief. We were down the street around 3rd ave. She was found
dehydrated and out of it at Central and Virginia at the Wyndham. I can't explain
how I feel...joy and so much more then that. I hugged these people and cried
some more.

I never want to lose you again..I just can't imagine life without you.

Kimora crossed at least 4 major intersections, some in rush hour. She must
have gods watching over her.

Let this be a lesson to never take your pet for granted and please watch your
pet cautiously because when a dog is in heat they are crazy!They get a glaze
over them and don't respond to you no matter how much they love you.
